When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 2–3 working days. During product drops, shipping may take slightly longer. You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship beyond the UK — currently to Ireland, the USA, and Canada.
Rates and delivery times show at checkout. Heads-up: your local customs/VAT may apply.
What if I need a different size?
If your order doesn’t fit, you can request a return within 14 days of receiving it. Once accepted, return the item and place a new order for the size you want.
How do I start a return?
Email us at hello@proudgirldad.co with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund. It usually takes 5–10 business days to appear back in your account, depending on your bank.
